If so, we would like to get your mailing address on file, so that we could deliver our yearly Foreground 2020 recap to you by mail.
We want to make sure that our records are accurate and reliable before we mail our card to you. If you believe that we have your address on file already (through donations, past conference signups, etc.), we still kindly ask that you fill out this form so that we can double-check it against our current records.
