Leadership development Internship

Working with the Leadership Development Department will include these development deliverables:

• Learn how to build relationships and network with local missionaries

• Learn inquiry based coaching models to include GROW and SMART

• Research and create content for coaching & training resources

• Learn to facilitate Underground orientation meetings and tours

• Strengthen written and verbal communication skills

• Develop overall leadership skills
