It’s been said that leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less. While there are many ways to do this, we know that communication is a crucial part of this.

We know that Jesus deserves our full attention and submission to his Lordship but struggle to organize and communicate it in such a way that people experience and encounter the presence of God. Rhema is a one-day lab designed to assist microchurch leaders improve their content and communication for maximum effectiveness.
